Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan requires no credit card. You only need one when upgrading to Pro or Business.
What counts as a 'request'?
Each call to the scoring API (/v1/score) counts as one request. WordPress plugin page loads each call the API once per unique IP per hour (cached).
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your billing settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
What happens if I hit my request limit?
On the Free plan, scoring stops until the next month resets. On Pro, we'll notify you and you can upgrade. Business is unlimited.
Is there a WordPress-specific plan?
No — all plans include the WordPress plugin. The plan determines how many requests the plugin can process per month.
